Free Healthy Recipe - Asian Snapper Bites

Dairy free, Low carbohydrate, Low fat

Easy finger food is necessary when having friends over, and this recipe is no exception. Leave the fish to marinate while you prepare the rest of the food and simply grill before guests arrive.

Ingredients
2 tbsp soy sauce, salt reduced
2 tbsp lime juice
1 knob ginger, shredded
½ tsp sesame oil
1 kg red snapper, cut into cubes approx 2.5 cm thick
Method

Combine the soy, lime juice and ginger together. Pour over the fish and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

Thread 2 pieces of the fish on small soaked bamboo skewers and grill for 6 - 8 minutes on a pan heated with the sesame oil, turning once.

Tastes great with Coriander and Lime dipping sauce (see recipe database).
