Free Healthy Recipe - Capsicum & Celery Crab Cups
Dairy free, Low carbohydrate, Low fat, Wheat Free
A great entree or starter for guests when they first arrive, these little crab cups are low in kilojoules but high in flavour.
1 small stick celery
, finely diced
Mix crabmeat with capsicum, celery, lime juice and zest and coriander and stir well to combine. Season with sea salt and pepper.
Wash lettuce well and carefully separate leaves to create small cups, and spoon a small amount of crab salad into each.
