Free Healthy Recipe - Coriander, Lime and Ginger Dipping Sauce

Dairy free, Low carbohydrate, Low GI, Low sugar, Wheat Free

Simple, fresh and the perfect accompaniment to freshly cooked prawns.

Ingredients
1 bunch coriander
1 tsp ginger, finely grated
1 tbsp lime juice
1 red chilli deseeded
2 tsp rice syrup
2 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Method

Process coriander in a food processor until finely chopped. Add the remaining ingredients and process until well combined.
