Free Healthy Recipe - Silky Steak For Babies

Babies only consume small portions at a time so you may find it more practical to cook up a batch and freeze small portions.

100 grams steak, (Rump)
1 tsp olive oil
100 grams pumpkin, cooked

Heat a non-stick fry pan or BBQ. Rub the meat with a little olive oil & then cook over a medium-to high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked. The meat should feel springy. Rest meat for 5 minutes.

Slice the meat and combine with cooke pumpkin and blend in a food processor or using a stick blender until smooth.

Makes 4 servings
