Free Healthy Recipe - Toddlers Chicken Pasta

Low fat, Low sugar

A quick, tasty and light meal for the whole family. Packed with loads of nutrients to give energy, this pasta will keep your toddler happy and satisfied.

½ cup Fusilli pasta, uncooked
100 grams chicken breast, cooked and shredded
¼ cup celery, finely diced
¼ cup frozen peas, cooked
¼ cup granny smith apple, coarsely grated
6 mint leaves finely chopped
2 tablespoons cream cheese

Cook pasta in boiling water. Drain and put to one side.

Mix all the ingredients in a medium size pot over low heat, making sure the apple is grated and added last (as it goes brown). Heat through and serve.

Stays fresh for 1 day in the fridge. Not suitable to freeze.
