Free Healthy Recipe - Stir-fried Asian Greens 2

Dairy free, Low carbohydrate

You can't have enough Asian greens. They fall into the abolutely fabulous category - laden with antioxidants minerals and fibre. One small bunch is never enough per serve as they cook down to nothing so when you're preparing the greens make a mountain of them.

1 tbsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, finely sliced
6 spring onions (scallions) trimmed and cut into 5cm (2in) lengths
3 bunches bok choy, washed and trimmed
1 bunch broccolini, washed and trimmed
4 tbsp tamari & mirin dressing or oyster sauce, see separate recipes

Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the garlic for 30 seconds.
Add the spring onions, bok choy and broccolini and stir-fry until the vegetable stalks are cooked but still crisp.
Remove from the wok and serve immediately with oyster sauce or tamari and mirin dressing.
