Free Healthy Recipe - Tamari and Mirin Dressing

Gluten free, Wheat Free

Use this basic recipe as a base for a marinade for fish or tofu, in stir fries or with simple Asian Greens. It's even good as a dipping sauce with fresh spring rolls.

2 tbsp tamari
2 tbsp mirin

Mix together the tamari and mirin and pour over greens.

Makes 4 servings (serve = 1 tablespoon)
