Free Healthy Recipe - Ponzu

Dairy free, Low carbohydrate, Low fat

Ponzu is a lemony dipping sauce that's delicious with Japanese hot pot (see recipe list), fresh spring rolls, in stir fries or to flavour steamed fish, such as steamed ling in ginger and ponzu (see recipe list).

Ingredients
100 ml lemon juice
50 ml organic shoyu, (soy sauce)
3 tbsp sake
1 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp dashi
Method

Combine the ingredients and store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Makes 6 servings
