Ingredients
1 small onion, finely diced
1 small carrot, grated
1 zucchini grated
3 tomatoes sliced
Method

Slice tomato & grate other vegetables.

Mix together 500g-minced meat, with 1 small onion finely chopped, a grated carrot, one grated zucchini and some cracked pepper. Combine well and mould 6 patties out of it. To avoid adding any fat in the cooking, take a piece of baking paper and a grill pan. Heat the pan over a medium heat and when hot add the patties. Turn that over after about 6 minutes and cook them on the other side for the same length of time.
While the patties are cooking, take 6 grainy bread rolls and slice them open. Pop a couple of lettuce leaves onto each adding a burger patty when cooked. Layer some sliced tomato,
a couple of slices of beetroot and about 15 grams each of reduced fat grated cheddar cheese.
Serve.
