Free Healthy Recipe - Summer Salad Dressing

Dairy free

Serve over summer salad (see recipe list) or toss through any greens to liven them up.

Ingredients
1 lime juiced
mango juice and pulp from around the seed
½ cup fresh coriander leaves, roughly chopped
1 tsp chilli oil
Method

Mix lime juice, coriander and mustard together. Combine the oils into the mixture and season with herbs, salt and pepper.
Toss through salad greens.

Makes 4 servings
