Ingredients
1 bunch silverbeet, stalks removed and cut into small pieces
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
Method

Boil the silverbeet in a large pan of salted water for 2 minutes. Drain thoroughly.

Cut garlic into slivers. Heat 1 tbs olive oil in a small pan to hot and fry the garlic until golden. Serve the garlic over the silverbeet.

Note: Silverbeet is sometimes known as spinach - it has large dark green leaves and fibrous white stalks. Nutritionally it's a marvel - rich in fibre, vitamins C, E, K, B groups vitamins, calcium, iron, magnesium, and zinc.
