Free Healthy Recipe - Mango and Coconut Paddle Pops

Dairy free, Gluten free, Low carbohydrate, Low fat, Low sugar, Wheat Free

There's nothing very complicated about these but I like them because they are 100% natural and great to give the kids when they get home from school. It's also a good way to use up that mango that's a little overripe.

Ingredients
350 grams mango
1½ tbs lime juice
Method

Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor and pour into paddle pop moulds. Place in the refrigerator to freeze.
