Free Healthy Recipe - Tuna & cauliflower bake

Ingredients
130 grams tuna - tinned, drained
2 cups cauliflower, steamed
1 medium onion - brown, steamed
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup coconut milk
1 tblsp coconut flour
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1½ tblsp herb, fresh
¼ cups mixed nuts, ground
1 clove garlic, chopped
Method

Preheat oven to 180 deg. Grease a casserole dish. Combine all ingredients except nuts in a bowl & mix well. Place in casserole dish & sprinkle over nut topping. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until just set.
