Free Healthy Recipe - Fennel, blood orange and ginger salad

This is a nice salad to whip up quickly on the weekend. Served with a hard goat's cheese and a quality rye sourdough it's really delicious.
Ingredients
2 cm knob ginger, peeled and grated
Method
Combine the fennel, orange and coriander together in a bowl.
Mix the olive oil, vinegar, ginger and seasoning together and drizzle over the salad.
Serve immediately
