Free Healthy Recipe - Soy Cream Custard

Dairy free, Low fat, Low sugar

Dairy eaters or not, everyone will enjoy this creamy custard made from silken tofu. Served with fresh season fruit it makes a delicious sweet treat and takes minutes to make.

Ingredients
150 grams silken tofu
1 cup soy milk
1 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp maple syrup
pinch sea salt
½ tsp cinnamon
Method

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree. Serve over pie, hot or cold.
