Free Healthy Recipe - Tuna, Pecan, Tomato and Avocado Wrap

Dairy free, Low fat, Low GI

This healthy lunch is an easy pick-me-up, and tastes delicious. Recipe courtesy of www.pecanfan.com.au

Ingredients
180 grams tuna
1 large tomato
1 small avocado
6 leaves cos lettuce
10 pecans chopped roughly
¼ tsp pepper, to taste
Method

Spread ½ an avocado on each wrap.Top with diced tomato and tuna.
Season tomato with pepper. Sprinkle lettuce leaves and nuts over the top.
Roll up and cut diagonally to serve. Can be wrapped and stored in a refrigerator for lunch later the same day.
