Free Healthy Recipe - Toasted Pecan Muesli

Ingredients
550 grams oats - rolled
180 grams pecans
125 grams pumpkin seeds
250 grams sultanas
200 grams dried apricots, diced
Method

Preheat oven to 180ºC.

Combine oats, sunflower seeds, pecans and pumpkin seeds in a baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes until toasted. Remove from oven and let cool. Stir in sultanas and apricots into the mixture. Transfer to an airtight container.

Makes 20 servings (serve = 70 g serve )
