Free Healthy Recipe - Mango Smoothie

Dairy free, Gluten free, Low fat, Wheat Free

Ingredients
1 mango peeled & flesh chopped into pieces
1 tablespoon lsa, ground
½ cup water
1 pinch cardamom, powder
Method

Place mango flesh and all other ingredients in a blender. Blend until well combined.
Pour into glass and serve.
