Free Healthy Recipe - Papaya Lassi
Gluten free, Low fat, Low GI, Low sugar, Wheat Free
This makes a perfect between meal snack and is a great way to boost calcium intake.
1 medium papya
, peeled, deseeded and cut into chunks
Place fruit and all other ingredients in a blender or food processor, blend until well combined and frothy. Add honey if required for extra sweetening and re-blend.
Pour into glasses and serve.
Makes 2 servings (serve = 1 glass)
