Free Healthy Recipe - Grilled Nashi Pear & Avocado Garam Masala Salad

Pears, avocados and salad greens are often combined in salads, but the addition of garam masala adds a new and flavoursome twist. Serve alongside grilled chicken or fish.

¼ cup olive oil
1 tbsp honey
2 Nashi pears halved
2 avocados peeled, halved and cut into 4 slices
0.22 cup olive oil

Mix oil and honey in a small bowl, brush on Nashi and avocados and grill pears over medium heat for 5 minutes. Season with sea salt and cracked pepper.

Combine garam masala paste with olive oil and brown rice vinegar and mix well. Pour dressing over salad greens and arrange on individual plates, topping with avocado and pears.
