Method
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Heat a grill pan and brush the chicken with olive oil and seal on the grill pan for two to three minutes each side. Transfer to an oven dish. Combine the lemon juice, tahini, tamari and water until smooth and pour the sauce over the chicken. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Steam the sugarsnap peas for 2 - 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds.
Note: To toast sesame seeds, pour them into a small frying pan with no added oil. Over a medium heat stir continuously taking care not to burn them, until they turn golden brown. Use immediately.
