Free Healthy Recipe - Flax Seed Oil Salad Dressing

Dairy free, Low carbohydrate, Low sugar, Wheat Free

By now I must have bestowed you with the virtues of flax seed oil. This salad dressing is not only good for you it is delicious and has a nutty flavour. Once made, use it immediately and don't store it in the fridge for future use. Flax seed oil is volatile and can go rancid if exposed too often to air.

Ingredients
1 tsp honey
splash lemon juice
Method

Mix all the ingredients together and serve over salad leaves. This dressing is nice over a simple green salad, and doesn't need anything else to complicate the taste.
