Method
Brush each piece of mountain bread lightly with olive oil.
Using scissors, cut the bread into small crackers approx 6 cm wide. Sprinkle the za'tar over the olive oil coated side.
Place on a flat baking tray
Cook for 5 - 10 minutes until the crackers are crunchy and golden.
Note: Za'atar is a middle Eastern spice mix combining thyme, toasted sesame seeds, sumac and salt.
