Free Healthy Recipe - Lemon, Garlic & Chive Sauce

Serve as a dipping sauce with garlic and polenta mushrooms or as an accompaniment to grilled chicken, fish or steamed vegies.

Ingredients
1 tbsp tahini
½ lemon juiced
1 clove garlic, crushed
½ bunch chives, chopped
Method

Combine all ingredients together and blend well.

Note: Tahini is paste made from ground sesame seeds and a much healthier substitute to peanut butter (if you can convert the kids!) It contains more iron, zinc and magnesium.

Makes 8 servings (serve = 2 tbsp)
