Free Healthy Recipe - Goat's milk Cocoa

Dairy free, Low carbohydrate, Low sugar, Wheat Free

A delicious treat for those who can't tolerate dairy or just want to try something different, this recipe uses manuka honey to naturally sweeten.

Ingredients
1 cup water
Method

Mix goat's milk powder with enough water to make a smooth paste, then add remaining water and stir to combine.

In a small pan, place goat's milk with cocoa and manuka honey and almost bring to the boil over a low heat, stirring frequently.
