Free Healthy Recipe - Guacamole 2

Dairy free, Low carbohydrate

Delicious as a dip with chopped raw vegies, on a sandwich, as a side to grilled chicken or meat or with tacos as part of a healthy Mexican-style meal.

Ingredients
2 large avocados, chopped coarsely
1 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
1 large tomato, seeded and chopped finely
½ small red onion, chopped finely
2 tbsp lime juice
2 drops tabasco sauce
Method

Mash the avocado until smooth and combine with the other ingredients.

Makes 6 servings
