Free Healthy Recipe - Cashew Nut Creme

Dairy free, Low carbohydrate, Low GI

1 cup cashew nuts, roasted
1 tbsp barley malt
1½ cups soy milk

Dry roast the cashews and place in a food processor until they are cashew meal. Slowly add the soy milk until the mixture becomes creamy - add the barley malt to sweeten.
