Free Healthy Recipe - Parsley Sauce

Dairy free, Gluten free, Low carbohydrate, Wheat Free

Here's a favourite of mine. It's delicious with chickpea balls but also spooned over grilled white fish. The anchovy gives it a sharp salty taste.

Ingredients
2 cloves garlic
1 lemon juiced
6 fillets anchovy, drained and blotted of oil
Method

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and serve with chickpea balls.

Note: anchovy like all other oily fish is a good source of Omega 3 essential fatty acids but due to their high salt content should be avoided in large quantities.
