Sprinkle the lime juice over the apple before combining it with the tomatoes and watercress.
Combine the dressing ingredients together in a blender. Drizzle it over the apple, tomatoes and watercress. Top with shallots and walnuts.
Note : Watercress and green apples are both excellent body cleansers. Both rich in antioxidants, watercress acts as a natural diuretic while the soluble fibre in apples can help absorb toxins in the blood.
