Free Healthy Recipe - Hot Chilli Tuna Rice Salad

Dairy free, Gluten free, Low fat, Low sugar, Wheat Free

Make this super quick lunch with canned sweetcorn and leftover cooked brown rice from dinner the night before. It's great athletes food for everyone to enjoy. Recipe courtesy of MSC Certified John West Tuna

Ingredients
1/3 cup brown rice, cooked
125 grams corn kernells, drained
2 tbs cucumber, finely diced
parsley to garnish
Method

Gently toss together the cooked rice, corn and cucumber.
Fold through the MSC Certified tuna and serve garnished with parsley leaves.
