Free Healthy Recipe - Watercress, orange and coconut green smoothie

Start each day with a green smoothie to blast your body with nutrients. The healthy start gears you up for a great day ahead and you may be surprised by how delicious it tastes.

2 cups watercress, washed
1 cup celery, roughly chopped
½ cup mint leaves
½ orange
2 dates pitted
1 cup ice

Place all of the ingredients in a blender - add the ice last- and process until completely smooth.
