Free Healthy Recipe - Cacao, chia and coconut ice cream

Dairy free, Gluten free, Low GI, Low sugar, Wheat Free

This ice cream needs a blender with a lot of grunt to get through the ice but the results are worth it. It's ready to serve in minutes

Ingredients
2 tbs chia seeds
500 g ice cubes
Method

Place the ingredients in a high speed blender.
Turn to high and process until the ice has completely broken down into the a smooth frozen cream. You may need to use the tamper to push the ice cubes down into the mix.
Serve immediately
