Free Healthy Recipe - Chocolate Banana Smoothie Split

This is a perfect after school snack that is rich in protein and nutrients. Use organic produce where possible to ensure less exposure to chemicals, pesticides and fertilisers.

Ingredients
1 banana ripe
2 tbsp cacao nibs
3 tbsp yoghurt, natural, organic
¼ cups milk, organic, of choice
2 tbsp coconut, shredded, organic
Method

Blend all the ingredients together into a smooth consistency.
Top with shredded coconut and few extra cacao nibs.
