Free Healthy Recipe - Dill and Caper dressing

This dressing is a healthier and delicious alternative to tartare sauce that, like the salmon and chickpea patties it accompanies, takes minutes to make. It's also delicious with steamed salmon or ocean trout.

Ingredients
1 tbsp capers, drained and finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Method

Combine the ingredients together and serve with spicy salmon and chickpea patties (see recipe list).
