Free Healthy Recipe - Grilled Peaches with Honey Ricotta

Sweet and tasty, peaches aren't just to be had raw on their own. Here this versatile fruit teams beautifully with ricotta to create a light dessert that everyone will enjoy. Recipe courtesy of Summerfruit Australia

Ingredients
8 peaches yellow, halved, stones removed

2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp butter
100 grams ricotta
Method

Place each peach portion on a grill tray cut side up, & pour a little syrup over each peach. Dot with a little butter.

Cook under a hot grill until bubbling and heated through. Mix together ricotta, and vanilla.
Serve immediately with the grilled peaches.
