Boil the noodles for 3-4 minutes or until tender. Rinse under cold water and drain.
Combine the lime juice, fish sauce, rice syrup, sesame oil and soy sauce in a screw-top jar and shake well.
Combine the noodles, crab meat, cucumbers, spring onions, basil, snow-pea sprouts, chillies and Asian greens in a large bowl. Pour over dressing and toss well.
