Free Healthy Recipe - Stir Fried Greens

Dairy free, Low carbohydrate

A very delicious accompaniment for fish.

Ingredients
1 tsp sesame oil
1 bunch bok choy
1 bunch mustard greens, bunch
Method

Prepare the greens by cutting them and wash thoroughly.

Heat the oil in the wok over a medium heat. Add the greens and salt to taste. Stir fry quickly for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and place in a serving bowl.
