Free Healthy Recipe - Umeboshi Dressing

Dairy free, Low carbohydrate, Low fat, Low sugar

The Perfect Spring Dressing - suitable for vegetables and warm salads, courtesy of Kim Norton.

Ingredients
½ lemon juiced
2 tbsp white miso
¾ cup water
Method

Mix together all ingredients and serve over your favourite vegetable mix - will keep for up to 5 days in the fridge.

Makes 3 servings (serve = 1/2 cup)
