Free Healthy Recipe - Cashew Cream

Dairy free, Gluten free, Low carbohydrate, Low sugar, Wheat Free

Perfect for anyone with a dairy intolerance who can't eat cream or ice cream but perfectly delicious anyway, this cashew cream is lovely as a cream substitute over fresh berries, or baked green apples or combined in a recipe as shown in the non dairy fruit ice cream Chilled Papaya Cashew Cream (see recipe list).

1½ cups raw cashews
½ tbsp maple syrup

Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor until well combined and smooth.
