Free Healthy Recipe - Tahini, Yoghurt and Coriander sauce

Gluten free, Low carbohydrate, Low GI, Wheat Free

This makes a nice change from hummus and tahini sauce. The yoghurt makes it lighter with less fat than in hummus and the coriander gives it a more interesting flavour than plain tahini sauce. It's also delicious served over steamed or roast veggies or as a side with grilled lamb or chicken.

Ingredients
¼ cup tahini
1 bunch coriander leaves, roughly chopped
2 cloves garlic, (ground to a paste with a pinch of coarse seasalt)
1 lemon juiced
Method

Combine all the ingredients together until smooth. Serve as a side sauce with the baked falafel.

Note: Those with a dairy intolerance can replace the yoghurt using ½ cup tahini and ¼ cup water.

Makes 10 servings (serve = 1 tablespoon)
