Free Healthy Recipe - Lemon Herb Tuna

Dairy free, Low carbohydrate, Low fat

Ingredients
1 tbsp basil, chopped
1 tbsp chives, chopped
1 tbsp mint, chopped
2 tsp lemon rind, grated
2 tbsp olive oil
Method

Combine basil, chives, mint, lemon rind and pepper. Press firmly onto tuna steaks.

Heat olive oil in frypan and cook tuba 2-3 minutes each side. Alternatively, you can cook on a chargrill or barbeque.
