Low fat, Low sugar, Wheat Free

A versatile sauce to accompany spicy dishes, cucumber raita also makes a great dip with crudites.

2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
¼ cup cucumber, grated

Mix the ingredients together and serve as an accompaniment to lentil dhal or any other spicy dishes.
