Free Healthy Recipe - Chinese Greens in Sesame Oil

Dairy free, Low carbohydrate, Low sugar, Wheat Free

2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp sesame oil
pinch sea salt

Cut greens energetically and heat oil in a wok. Add garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes. Add greens and cook until just wilted. Serve.
