Free Healthy Recipe - Broccoli and Carrot with Toasted Sesame Seeds

Dairy free, Gluten free, Low carbohydrate, Low fat, Low sugar, Wheat Free

So simple, so quick and so healthful - serve this one as a side dish to almost any meal, or toss through other vegies for a more substantial salad.

2 medium carrots, cut into rounds
pinch sea salt
4 cups water

Bring water to a rolling boil with a pinch of salt. Add carrots and par boil until just tender. Repeat with broccoli. Plunge into cold water to stop the cooking process. Drain and serve with toasted sesame seeds.
