Free Healthy Recipe - Spare Rib Marinade

½ cup honey
1/3 cup tomato sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsps hoisin sauce
3 cloves garlic, crushed
piece ginger finely chopped
1 tbsp oil

Mix all marinade ingredients together in a glass bowl. Add spare ribs and coat well. Leave to marinade overnight, or for several hours. Preheat oven to 180`. Place ribs on a rack in a roasting pan half filled with water. Cook to desired level. Place drained marinade in a saucepan and bring to boil and reduce down to desired thickness.
