Free Healthy Recipe - Chinese Greens in a Ginger Glaze

Dairy free, Gluten free, Low carbohydrate, Low fat, Low GI, Low sugar, Wheat Free

An quick and easy accompaniment to any meal, the natural healing properties of kudzu add extra nutritional value to the greens- if that's possible!

1 tbsp olive oil
pinch sea salt
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp cold water
1 tbsp kudzu

Slice Chinese greens energetically.

Heat oil in a wok and add ginger, stir through. Add greens, lemon juice and cook for 2-3 minutes or until greens start to wilt. Dissolve kudzu in the water and add to the wok. Cook through for 1-2 minutes and serve.
