This refreshing juice is delightfully cooling on a hot day.
1 cup mint
, (fresh), leaves
ice cubes to serve
Ensure the watermelon is peeled and cubed.
Place watermelon & mint in a juicer. Juice. Divide juice into 4 glasses, add ice cubes and enjoy.
