Free Healthy Recipe - Short Grain Brown Rice - Absorption Method

Dairy free, Gluten free, Low fat, Low sugar, Wheat Free

A simple way to cook brown rice, as you can leave it to cook while you prepare the rest of the night's dinner. Is great with Tofu Cutlets (see recipe list).

Ingredients
1½ cups water
pinch sea salt
Method

Place all ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn heat down and simmer for 45 minutes.
