Free Healthy Recipe - Mint Chutney

Dairy free, Low carbohydrate, Low fat, Low sugar, Wheat Free

Ingredients
1 cup mint leaves, packed
4 spring onions including part of green tops
½ tsp garlic, chopped
2 tsp rice syrup
1 tsp Garam Masala, (level)
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp water
Method

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend well. Place chutney into a small bowl, cover with kitchen plastic and chill for 15 minutes before serving.

Makes 6 servings
