Free Healthy Recipe - Greens with Shiitake
Dairy free, Gluten free, Low carbohydrate, Low fat, Low sugar, Wheat Free
1 tbsp sesame oil
Soak shiitake in 1 cup of hot water for 10 minutes. Place soaking water and shiitake into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes and slice shiitake removing stems. Heat wok and add oil, bring to a high temperature and add greens. Stir through and add shiitake with the salt. Once again stir through and when greens have wilted, serve.
